很不錯的酒店 提前工作人員Diana加了我微信，確認一些細節和要求，服務很周到，入住期間有一些需求也都會及時安排，非常好。給我安排升級的房間也是有270度視野，很喜歡這個房型～同時看的**和攜程，攜程便宜很多，金鑽還可以升級房型，定早一個星期看到還有送早餐，就是**可以累計積分吧。還是選擇了攜程 哈哈

服務態度真的太好了！！有求必應 套房面積挺大的 衹可惜天氣不太好霧濛濛落地窗不好看窗景 搬行李這些禮賓部也很到位 早餐的粉挺好吃的 還送了歡迎水果～很滿意很滿意

入住酒店，前台熱情的安排了房間，並按提出的要求，給了最大的滿足。前台小姐姐各個善解人意，服務熱情。大堂小哥有禮貌，還主動幫助搬箱子，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。
房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，佈局合理，衞生整潔。
尤其是湘江晚上的燈光秀，坐在房間裏看，絕對令人驚艷。趕上天氣好，湘江二岸一覽無餘。
中餐廳的服務超級贊。
世茂希爾頓是家出差、旅遊 值得信賴的飯店。
缺點是屋內布草稍稍有點舊。

酒店蠻新的，硬件很不錯，房間設施很齊全，五星級酒店中性價比非常高，入住50層，觀景體驗超級棒，欣賞到了高空城景和湘江美景，早上江霧繚繞，晚上城市霓虹盡收眼底真的超美～
不得不説，服務真的超級超級好，禮賓會幫忙拿行李、開車門…客房服務電話響影很快，有外賣都會快速送上樓，每日打掃非常認真乾淨，及時補齊需要用品，還會貼心留小紙條，告訴我們物品放在哪裡～真的超級棒～非常好的一次入住體驗～

這家酒店設計感滿分，大堂電梯間橙色調搭配屏風，充滿長沙文化氣息。客房乾淨寬敞，雖然不是市中心，但去網紅景點超方便。泳池和健身房在地下一層，雖然有點不便，但整體體驗還是很棒的！
