房間乾淨衞生，非常舒適。服務熱情到位，賓至如歸。設施很齊全，大廳裏茶飲種類挺多，洗衣房就在大廳隔壁，很方便的，門口就有免費停車場。地理位置就在中南大學校本部南門口，很好找的，距離南校區昇華公寓很近。下次入住首選！

我跟你們説啊，這酒店就像一個夢幻城堡一樣。一進門，那大堂寬敞得不像話，金碧輝煌的，感覺自己像個貴族。我當時就跟朋友説：“咱這是闖進皇宮了吧？”服務員那態度，親切得就像多年未見的老友，笑盈盈地迎上來，啥事兒都給安排得妥妥當當。
