來旅遊訂到這家酒店真是太幸運了！一進門就被工作人員温暖的笑容治癒，不僅耐心幫忙規劃周邊遊玩路線，還主動提供行李寄存服務。房間出乎意料地寬敞，佈置得簡約又不失格調，儀式感滿滿。最讓我驚喜的是隔音效果，晚上睡覺一點都不受打擾，一覺睡到天亮。酒店的自助洗衣房免費開放，還配備烘乾機，對於旅行的人來説簡直是救星！性價比超高，下次來還會毫不猶豫選擇這裏！點贊小尹

看攜程真實評價果斷下單，果然沒踩雷！房間和圖片一模一樣，衞生很乾凈。早餐種類很豐富，連咖啡果汁都是不限量的。特別是餐廳阿姨下的米粉，很好吃，長沙特色米粉！前台服務態度也很熱情，給我免費升級了房間，房間很温馨安靜，前台小姐姐笑容甜美，下次有機會還會來，性價比也很高，離高鐵站很近，還可以免費停車，點贊～

餐飲提供的水果，砂糖橘比一角的硬幣還小，拿了5個，且壞了2個，拿了兩個雞蛋，一個是臭的，拿的小番茄，個頭小，全是黑的。住了多次的體驗，不是一次或者偶爾的問題，可以不提供，但是提供就表示包含在住宿費內了。這個非常噁心。吃的東西。

入住時詢問前台，告知高鐵時間很早希望打包少量早飯。前台小姐姐回覆餐廳沒有打包盒，我説可以自備打包袋嗎？回覆是肯定的。 次日7:05來到餐廳和餐廳阿姨重複了前一晚和前台小姐姐的確認，可其中一個阿姨堅定表示不能打包連一根葱都不行。我和阿姨解釋不是我不想吃是我實在來不及，且我就拿兩個雞蛋。但阿姨的回覆是：“不行，要是都要求打包這個餐廳怎麼運行下去了，我們這裏的早餐是免費贈送的，且衹能堂食。”我説：“預訂上沒有一個字眼提到早餐是免費贈送，切衹能堂食。”阿姨明天態度非常堅決強硬且有鄙視的語氣。另一個阿姨打圓場説來不及拿一兩個雞蛋可以。 放着自助滿盤子食物吃不完不管不説，主動溝通希望打包少量食物反而被粗魯對待。這個服務分明顯不及格。
