一直很喜歡洲際旗下幾個品牌，對皇冠和假日系很有好感，到這次讓我對假日失望透頂，很難相信這是IHG的管理運營水平。
因為行程安排的很緊，就是晚上睡個覺而已，就選擇了最便宜mini房，我13號下午辦理入住，給的是1201，出了電梯第一間，臨近電梯，這麼多年住過很多品牌，就算是價格比較貴的費爾蒙 索菲特 JW萬豪，隔音都不會很好，所以我回到前台要求換一個房間，當時前台兩個女士，給我辦手續的這位説：您訂的這個房型都是這個位置，每一層的電梯這裏。我媳婦兒聽到之後就開始猶豫，正在想要不要取消訂單換一家的時候，另外一個女士走過來説：把905換給他們。然後辦手續的這位説，您給我們一個好評吧，我給您升級一個更大的房間。我們還挺開心的，結果這就是個噩夢的開始。
一進屋就一股惡臭，我們懶得再換，就打開窗户通風，然後出去玩了，想着晚上回來就把異味散出去了，結果7個小時後回來，一進屋還是瀰漫著一股惡臭…！我感覺是下水道的氣味，就把衞生間的門關上，想着能好點兒，此時已經9點了，實在沒有精力折騰了。這一晚上噁心的難受，一早聯繫了攜程退掉了第二晚的房，趕緊換了一家，早起吃了點兒早餐就趕緊走了。
這麼大的異味，絕對不是就這麼一天的問題，我堅信別的住客也反應過，前台肯定知道，就是在房源非常富裕的情況下故意把這間最噁心的換給我們…！我沒要求給我免費升級，你可以跟我説我訂的mini衹有每層的01，我可以選擇換一家，沒必要這麼羞辱我！
另外，如果是來旅行的，別住這附近，周圍什麼都沒有，景點離這裏十多公里
早餐的水平跟華住會那種快捷酒店差不多，差的要命…！我北京這邊的假日，在三亞住的假日，早餐超級豐富，至少50種以上的餐品，我已經開始質疑這家是不是IHG，或者是純加盟，不是洲際運營管理

酒店服務還不錯，住客都以就近辦事為目的，額外贈送送達服務，5公里以內。但服務很靈活，我要去的地方5.3公司也答應送達，送達師傅非常nice。下次繼續住。
