陽台還有沙發，房間很不錯，風景很好，衞生也算乾淨，前台接待態度很好，還給免費升級了房間！值得推薦！

設施：下水道堵！我以為是我的錯覺 住了兩天都是這樣！無語！每天都要出去玩沒時間喊人搞了！但是這個價位這個問題絕對是不應該有！電視看不到有線電視，長者家出來玩 沒有新聞看。。。。長者家也不看網絡電視。。。。就是。。。無語，畢竟這個是家庭房，不是普通雙人房好嗎
衞生：一般般，發黴的牆角，衞生間的頭髮，但是每天會及時清理垃圾，換水，換紙巾，但是下水道嚴重堵塞！嚴重影響入住體驗！！不會再訂！
環境：望江景很好，出門前可以看到對面的情況
服務：前台挺好，免費寄存行李，有問題及時解決

看到是江景酒店，於是定了一個江景房型，一個人住所以不想要頭尾房，重點來了，前台那個男生的服務我真覺得很不友好，他説江景房在20樓，沒多少人住很安靜的，我一聽就更害怕了，便改了個常規的大床房，安排在48樓，不喜歡這個諧音樓層號，我問他有沒有其他樓層的，他説47樓房間比較差一點，我説沒關係我可以接受房間差一點，所以在這裏我不會對房間評頭論足，他給我辦入住的時候臉上就寫着我真麻煩幾個大字，快辦好了還不耐煩的歎氣，我還想歎氣呢……我忘帶充電器了，所以想問問借一個，他説衹有一個他要充，明明我看那裡就插了兩個，他給我指了那邊的充電寶，後面大晚上我還要下來還充電寶，本來膽子就小，上去找房間都讓人好找，晚上走廊燈光昏黃，進房間我感覺自己徹頭徹尾訂錯酒店了，但是一想到那個服務員不耐煩的態度，我就想着不退了應付過去吧，然後一個人住實在是害怕，早上天亮了才補了會覺，真的是謝天謝地

比較乾淨，靠近湘江視野挺不錯的，離地鐵口稍微有點遠，得走六七百米，靠近天寶兄弟，總體體驗還不錯，前台服務還可以，提出酒店視野一般，給換了房子。外地旅遊可以選擇

房間一般，價格貴。交通不方便，停車收費還特別貴。吃飯也很不方便，總之是太差。去長沙最好是住在嶽麓山附近，價格低出行方便，去橘子洲坐地鐵也很方便。

落了特產在酒店問酒店的人員去查，一直沒有給答覆，一直打電話過去確認説幫忙查監控也沒有給下文，這個態度真的是絕了，住過第一次體驗這麼差的酒店。

酒店的位置距離五一廣場有點距離，寫字樓裏面修改的公寓樓，給人的感覺不好，裏面的設施比較簡陋，房間裏面看不到湘江的，最重要的是停車位是自己來出，這個地方以後不會再來了
