It can be seen that the hotel has made great efforts in hygiene. The room is spacious and well-planned. There is no sense of crampedness in general hotels. It feels particularly comfortable to stay. The whole person can relax, the bed is comfortable, and the gym and swimming pool on the third floor are also very nice.

The service is considerate and meticulous, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and it is especially friendly to babies. Baby toothbrushes and slippers are specially provided. They pay attention to the guests' living habits and provide high-quality services. Adults and children are very comfortable and cozy.

Let's not talk about it first. The location is not convenient. It takes half an hour to drive anywhere. The rooms with lake view in the hotel are not as good as those in the neighboring hotels. The view is blocked by various commercial buildings in the podium. The service of the housekeepers is quite good. The most speechless is the concierge and the front desk. I understand that the hotel does not deliver takeout to the room because of food problems. But it is too much for not letting the medicine be delivered for two consecutive nights. The concierge delivers the medicine on behalf of the guests. It is the job of the gift. For two consecutive nights, the guests were asked to drag their sick bodies downstairs to get the medicine. The front desk staff is even more excessive. They said that the delayed check-out exchanged by Ctrip did not work. They were very tough and wanted to drive the guests away. There was no human service or accommodating at all. It was really outrageous and disappointing. I will write a letter to complain to Marriott headquarters.
