離地鐵站700米，不遠的，樓下就是小吃街，湖南大學在這 所以很多知名的店都有，點外賣很快的。嶽麓山離這也很近。衞生真的很乾凈，我住過很多民宿跟酒店，這家民宿是我唯一沒用一次性床套的，就感覺被子很乾凈，有股太陽味，床單就有家的感覺 我就很喜歡。床也很大，兩個人完全不會小，洗漱用品都是一次性的，浴巾也是一次性，我自己提前買了，沒想到都是一次性的。所以説衞生在我心裏很過關。老闆人很好的，很貼心。房間的設施都有的，空調很暖和的。下面的螺螄粉是小路上來的一家，鴨血是我吃過最好吃的鴨血，粉是吃過最難吃的粉，哈哈哈哈。下次有機會首選這家。以上純是我的個人感受不是託

一個人到陌生的城市，還沒到機場店家就打電話來確認，並告訴我下了飛機怎麼走最近，很熱情。
民宿位置很好的，一個小下坡後就是麓山南路，很多吃的，交通也方便。（尤其是在湖大考試和逛嶽麓山這邊
房間乾淨，寬敞，温馨，除了洗澡水有點小，其他都不錯，這個價格性價比也很高了。

房間很不錯，所見即所得，乾淨衞生，温馨舒適，很有家的感覺，原來衹打算住兩天最後延長到了四天，老闆人也很好，有求必應，超級周到。地理位置也很方便，就在大學城裡麪但是又遠離喧囂，推薦！

很開心來到這裏，房間很大很乾凈，和朋友來散心，民宿處在湖南大學建設村，附近很熱鬧但是住處很清靜。夜晚和朋友一起騎車吹晚風，很浪漫。前台小姐姐服務也很好

房間沒有一次性拖鞋有點遺憾😔保潔阿姨講了老闆娘很多好話，增加好感度下次孩子遊玩時會推薦吧，記得給她加雞腿🍗忘記拍圖了，抱歉啊！

無早餐，上去需要提着箱子爬山路，房間沒有景觀，與描述不相符；
房間設在小區院子裏，很吵，一層，建議避坑！
