本不想發了，可實在是店裡管理者太差。沒啥玩的，恆温泳池不開放。池子旁古樹也掛了，KTV也沒人調試用不了，不是夏天就別來了；一次性浴巾袋是開封的；晚上一個陌生男的進房間還好被我們及時發現，那男的落荒而逃；水也不是瓶裝密封水，直接一個扒開裝水無塑封重複使用得，剛入住時其中一瓶水衹有3分之二 很明顯上個住客未用完得卻沒及時換新水，好在後麪加了水，能想到這種無密封店裡臨時罐裝得加水説實話容易存在水安全隱患！最搞笑的是吃晚餐：攜程訂單上寫明得四菜一湯，卻沒上湯，旁邊得2大一小得家庭跟我們得其他菜一樣還有一個湯，問了那個黑衣服胖胖得據説是店長居然説旁邊桌得湯是額外點的，，是不包含得。後面我們問別人，別人説沒點菜，訂單裏包含得。這是侮辱客人智商還是自已智商有問題，別人長嘴不會問的嗎，基本得誠信都沒有，還是店裡得管理者，，這是來砸品牌招牌嗎？？咱也不缺你一碗湯，這樣顯而易見得説瞎話騙人真的很無語，這個價位得酒店民宿我們住過很多，這個店得管理最次，硬件還不錯 可惜無軟件 店裡管理者水平顯而易見得差 ，就管家態度還不錯。

五號山谷一直是我心中湖南民宿天花板，舒適優美的環境，細緻周到的服務，用心用情的設計和理念，都是值得一刷再刷的好民宿。很喜歡在這樣的天氣裏，與大自然親密的接觸，讓人放鬆和快樂，適合孩子們的親子時光，是可以放下手機，放下焦慮的好去處

接送服務幫忙搬運行李，特別好，車子之前停錯了，看我帶着兩個小朋友，也貼心的幫我開進來停放。民宿內環境也不錯，小朋友都沒住夠，環境很好，早餐好吃，還有小禮物贈送，特別貼心，院子裏的景空氣都特別好，裝修風格真的很愛，民宿管家和服務人員都很熱情，對小朋友的一些要求也是儘量滿足。特別感謝

很寧靜的山谷。沒想到長沙還有這麼好的地方，幽靜的民宿，一共十幾棟，房間面積都較大。有投影、安靜的小酒吧和娛樂區。午飯和晚飯可以在這邊點菜，都是農家菜。團建和休閑都挺適合。推薦給攜程的朋友們。
