Close to the trains stations. Easy to get there. Just that on the walls of hotel is not appearing Caliad, but KYRIAD.

The hotel is nice and the decoration was quite new, the window was a fake one, facing some other building, so it was dark in the room without lights but it is perfect if you want to have a good rest.

Really nice hotel in a very convenient location. It is located close to Changsha South Railway station, relatively 5 minutes away.
The hotel is completely new and the environment is quite comfortable. Furthermore, the staff is great and the breakfast is delicious. Absolutely recommended it!

guests from other rooms are noisy and sometimes they kept the room doors open. made me uncomfortable. hope hotel can remind those guests.

I personally do not recommend staying here. The experience is terrible:
1. I am not familiar with the front desk business. I waited a long time to check in. I was checked in but could not get in the door of the room. Then I ran to the front desk and told me that the wrong card was made. Then I had to make another one! I asked again, so I didn't have to run again! The front desk replied to me yes! As a result, I ran to the elevator door and stopped me and said that the wrong card was made again... I went back to make it. There was no window in the room, but the room smelled musty. How could I live there? After that, I called the front desk and asked me to go downstairs to change the room. They said that there was no one at the front desk and there was no way to change it for me. Was it my fault? After the change, they changed me to the last room on another floor. There were thumbtacks in the room for no reason. Fortunately, I didn't walk over barefoot. It was just a little bit short. The room is not soundproof and the air conditioning panel is not easy to adjust. A lot of smell...
2. Changsha has a high temperature of 40 degrees ~ the elevator has air conditioning, but such a large lobby doesn't have air conditioning. Can you imagine it! ? I really don't know that the hotel is so cost-saving
3. The staff is a bit messy and has no discipline at all. Some chatted at work, some brushed their teeth while sitting in the corridor. They ran up and down the floors! They shouted at the ID card, and couldn't tell the difference between men and women. They called the wrong gender of a living person... It's really impeccable
4. I called for a bottle of water at night, but no one answered after 1 minute~ Is it very busy during the National Day? It seems that there are not many guests at the front desk! According to the hotel rules, the phone must be answered within 3 seconds...

Very cost-effective! Only more than 200/night, I thought it was a very average hotel, but the result exceeded expectations, better than the average 4-500. It is very close to the high-speed railway station. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. They all use smart homes.
