Excellent hotel. Super clean and comfortable. All the staff are very polite and friendly. Nice gym and pool. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. We totally recommend. We will come back for sure

Terrible breakfast, swimming pool working hours totally unconvenient, check in at night terrible service, dirty, old, smelly huge carpets on the halls make impossible to pull heavy luggage that no kne helps you to carry.

酒店位置方便，離地鐵四號線和二號線很近，房間乾淨整潔，這邊人不多相對比較安靜，睡眠淺的福音。早餐也很豐盛，前台lisa服務很到位，非常有親和力。整體酒店非常有五星水準 性價比很高

前台非常不專業，我是在平台在線付款了兩晚的費用，結果到了入住，跟我説是線下付款，我衹是付了擔保金，然後説平台會退款，我當時就提出了質疑，但還是付款了1500的費用，5月3日退房後我發現平台並沒有退費，衹是退了500的按金費用，我相當於付款了兩遍房費。打電話給酒店，跟我説收錯了錢，ok我想這也不是什麼大問題，儘快處理退費就可以了，然後跟我説財務放假沒上班，5月6日再問了一遍，令人氣憤的是又跟我説要走流程簽字之類的，又還要幾天，真的挺讓人無語的。一個這種連鎖大型酒店出錯就算了，處理問題也是一直拖。
