Excellent room, very spacious. Breakfast was very deixou à with salad buffet, Hunan noodles and spices, fried noodles one day, fried rice another day, several juice options, coffee and some cakes .
Swimming pool is 25 m long, opens from 09:00 until 22:00. Sauna às well. Gym is 24h and you just need to use your room card to open the door.
Highly recommended stay for families.

Stayed with the hotel each time when I visited Changsha. Very satisfied with every single stay. Central location with good view of the city, but still quiet. Excellent room services, staffs are very friendly and willing to help (they also have a cute room service robot that delivers your orders to the room). Well equipped gym, with access to pool, sauna and steam room. Great value for money, will absolutely book it again next time when I am in Changsha.

Indeed it is a nice hotel. Staff are kind and collaborative. Breakfast is so good! They have oriental and continental breakfast, although oriental one has more varierity choices. The bed of our room was comfortable but small, maybe 135-140cm wide. Amazing views to the city from our 35th floor room.
Not bad located if you are going to pick up a didi :)

Far from subway station, main entrance is at basement so most taxi drivers will just drop you along the main road and you have to drag your luggage through the mall. Lack clear signage. No disposable slippers provided. Front desk service lukewarm. View from the room is good. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Clean and comfortable but showing signs of age.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent.
The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room.
Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

Checking and late checkout was pretty smooth and customer oriented. Our son liked the big swimming pool very much, even though the water is a bit cold.
Breakfast view on floor 43 is awesome and the buffet feature more Chinese cuisine which is totally fine. Food was a bit cold, but tasty.
Would come back for sure next time we travel to Changsha.

Upmarket 4star hotel, rooms were spacious and well kept, has coffee lounge, and good breakfast facilities. Close to all types of shopping and restaurants. Facilities within hotel gym/swimming pool etc easy to access and well maintained. Will definitely stay again on future visits
