十一帶着父母過來玩，前台的工作人員服務都很好，不管出門還是回來都會主動的問好，我父母都是屬於開朗型的，他們很喜歡和他們溝通，給人感覺賓至如歸。應該是我們當日入住太晚，第二天還會主動提到有沒有送到歡迎水果，會及時補到。我是第二次入住了，覺得都挺符合我的預期，這次就帶着父母過來住

酒店的性價比很高，值得預算不高的旅客入住檔次高一些的酒店。房間乾淨，服務也很貼心。距離地鐵站十分近。設施老舊了，住到第三天屋頂漏了很多水造成了地板積水。後來換了旁邊的房間，做飯的油味有點重，所以相關設施還有上升空間。

設施：不像其他城市的同名酒店一樣有智能家居，沒有小度。沒有送餐機器人，外賣員隨意進出酒店。空調老舊是遙控器開關的，窗簾也要手動拉，房間門口沒有貓眼，看不到門外是誰在敲門，早餐票是手寫的，幾個人住幾天要拿很多張票，不方便。
衞生：枕頭套上有上一位住客留下來的毛髮，沒有一客一換。早餐餐廳衞生也不好，桌上都是油，消毒碗櫃的碗有的也是油油的，不乾淨。
環境：大堂位置少，電梯間臟，一股煙味，酒店大堂也很多人在抽煙，房間面積佈局隔音還可以。早餐餐廳很小，位置少，週六八點半去了居然沒位置坐，要等位。
服務：我的攜程訂單是2天的早餐，前台説系統上衹有1天，不知道為什麼系統會弄錯了早餐份數。問前台多拿張房卡，説可以，結果第二張房卡是用不了的，晚上才發現，導致要重新下樓拜託前台開門。值班人手不夠，晚上要水或被子，居然是派了保安大叔送來房間的。辦入住後送了水果禮盒。早餐餐廳不夠人手，所以沒什麼服務，經常質問客人有沒有上交早餐票。
優點：離地鐵站近，隔音好。

衞生：難以評價
下次肯定是不會選擇這家酒店了 毛髮 蚊蟲一個不差 凌晨將近三點半入住已經根本沒有那麼多精力和時間處理這些麻煩的手續 有一説一 攜程的客服處理態度還是很不錯 我建議酒店多像大型酒店學學如果管控衞生和環境吧

房間啥的挺乾淨挺大的，交通也非常方便，地鐵口一出來走幾步路就是了，去哪個景點都很近。店裡的服務員小花也很好，還給我們安排了早餐，推薦，下次來還會住這裏。

很滿意的一間酒店，和對象一塊兒來的，在長沙最喜歡的酒店啦，前台小姐姐也很温柔，小花姐姐也很可愛啦，早餐也很好吃，設施很齊全，房間很乾凈整潔棒棒噠（第n次來啦）

因為到附近辦事，根據距離選了這家酒店，沒想到真是撿到寶藏。一是地理位置沒得説，地鐵口最近，周邊生活、購物、遊玩都非常方便。二是服務非常好。特別是前台小佳，很貼心，還很耐心，我們到得很晚，趕緊給我們拿水等等。三是房間基本的都不錯，包括空調、衞生、安靜都符合要求。下次來長沙還會再選這家！
