差到極點，門鎖也是壞的，我簡直不想説，客服服務還很淡然的説這門鎖是有點問題，然後走了，我是不想影響自己心情，，還帶着孩子，不然破成這樣，一定要求退錢

房間感覺整潔，床上被子那些鋪的也整整齊齊，體驗感比較好，房間挺寬敞的，洗漱用品也是擺放整齊，之前去其他酒店浴室地板多多少少都是有水，來這個酒店第一次住浴室也沒什麼味道地板也很乾爽

房間還蠻可以，早上六點多搞打電錘，沒法睡就像地震，打電話給前台就是説在溝通，結果根本沒管裏，衹是早上八點多退房走了，無語，洗手間衞生紙還是上個房客用舔的

房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，設施齊全。環境也很安靜。網上預訂的，其實之前訂了一家 ，感覺這一家樓層高處霓虹燈明亮，肯定是電梯房，因為有的地方不一定是電梯房，我帶着大行李箱怕不方便。快到酒店門口，然後趕緊訂了。退了另一家。進入一樓大堂，服務員服務熱情。早餐蛋羹稀飯饅頭，因為養生不敢大油大咸大辣，剛好合適。就是衞生間頂上一個紅燈不是閃電，不知是啥東西。心裏有的沒譜。

每次到西龍苑的時候，我都是選擇入住他家的酒店，周邊設施配套齊全，樓下有便利店和小飯館，衞生也很不錯，環境也很優雅，每次過來都能看到前台的小姐姐的微笑服務
