訂了個親子主題房，衹有兩幅畫，一張床，一個帳篷，就説是宇航主題房，還沒有豪華大床房好，大床房還送海洋公園門票。自己單買的海洋公園的票，告知出去就不能進來了，衹有大床房套票可以管兩日。馬桶都不是自動的，洗漱盆還積水。三樓餐廳去吃飯，告知下午一點半可能單點，接了婚宴，又要打車出去找飯店。房了的地毯也不乾淨，小孩爬了第二天還染上了手足口病。

客房服務，和客房設施都還不錯，還幫忙裝了嬰兒圍欄。不足的地方客房有不少小飛蟲，這個季節按理來説不該有了。另外作為親子度假酒店，酒店內的小童樂園也太寒酸了，幾乎沒有設施，總的來説還是很不錯，還會再來。

總體來説還可以，滑雪度假很方便。就是服務意識要加強，服務人員都太隨意了，態度好但是沒有真正在幫忙解決問題。泳池很舒服，温度比其他地方都高一些，體驗感超級好。

這家酒店位於長沙西南邊的大王山綜合旅遊內，硬件設備高端大氣上檔次，屬於當代西式的裝修風格，當天入住意外升級到套房，裏面的配套不能再好了。出門就是海洋公園，冰雪世界，但電影小鎮還是要打車。早餐比較簡單，節假日用餐高峯真是人山人海。

非常滿意，遠遠超出預期！截至目前在國內住過的酒店裡最棒的一家酒店，沒有之一。最最滿意的是預訂酒店，全程送2大1小的海洋世界+歡樂雪域+大王山國際大馬戲門票。因為第一次來大王山這邊玩，到酒店下車能明顯感受到五星級酒店的服務，比如幫忙拿行李，到前台之後，前台服務人員還主動幫忙升級到套房，然後又送2大1小的大王山星光潮玩季門票，這個是完全沒想到的。推開酒店房間的那一刻，真切感受到回家的感覺，非常非常豪華，形容不出來，直接上圖片吧，哈哈😄
衞生：浴缸🛁泡澡都是要單獨套袋子的，非常細節的服務
環境：非常豪華，難以形容，看圖片吧😄

用攜程訂房，免費升級了房型，其他人還在等房間，我們已經快速辦理了入住，房間真的超級大，雙衞的設計，浴室有淋浴和浴缸，浴缸有浴鹽還有一次性浴袋，搓澡巾（絲瓜絡），早餐分西餐中餐。入住的人超級多。還有游泳池也不錯，温度還可以不冷。

房間很滿意，乾淨衞生，周邊是遊樂場，親子游的客人比較多，所以早餐小朋友很多，很熱鬧。離3號地鐵很近，步行5分鐘，去嶽麓山大學城都挺方便！
