Sheraton by it's name is reliable, value for money, did not encountered any communication difficulties, perhaps able to speak local language.

Fantastic concierge service. Proximity to food and beverage options nearby, as well as a huge shopping mall just beside the hotel.

It was very comfortable to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Changsha. Glorice at the front desk was very nice and took good care of everything. The room was well arranged. She gave us snacks from Pang Donglai. Cathy's housekeeper service was also great. It was a perfect stay experience. I will come again if I have the chance.
