拿積分兑換了升房服務，提前和前台説過生日，所以一開門的時候很驚喜，房間很大很舒服，不像酒店裝潢更像年輕人的家，早餐也很豐富，整體體驗感不錯。

萬豪旗下的經典潮牌。酒店在運達廣場內，樓下就是運達滙購物中心，地鐵站也很近，交通很便利。酒店裝修時尚前衞，以太空為主題，充滿未來感。奇妙房有網紅的圓形開放式浴缸。房間內吧枱與其他W酒店相似。入住期間首輪MINI吧的軟飲免費。大堂、酒吧、泳池和健身房都在6層，泳池很大，不過衹有兩個躺椅，其餘是下沉式的卡座。酒吧非常酷炫，晚上還有駐場DJ打碟，套餐內贈送了兩杯雞尾酒。早餐在5層，品種很豐富，味道也不錯。各部門服務都很熱情周到，不過也有個別員工服務欠佳

酒店非常時尚，有品質，拍照很出片；服務很好，辦理入住時房型升級，有需求反應及時，特別前台經理隨時關心我們的入住情況，很暖心；早餐豐富，品質佳、口味好。中餐廳非常棒，不愧是五星酒店出品。

來長沙之前選酒店非常糾結，因為所有的五星酒店都一大堆差評，W就有差不多100條...🤣最終還是選擇了W，住了兩晚寫下真實感受。感覺差評裏的一些描述有些誇張，當然也許是客户批評後改正了，比如有差評説泳池有很大的氯味，這個我去了泳池遊了三次泳也沒有感覺到，所以這個問題現在是不存在問題了，泳池的環境很好，很乾凈，換洗間淋浴房和房間的標準是一樣的，除了濕蒸房很臭，其它都沒有什麼問題，工作人員都很用心，熱情。有差評説房間的水果是時有時無確實是存在的...很遺憾....但房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有發現不潔處。設施很好，房間浴缸蓄水速度是我住過的酒店最快的...有差評説早餐很混亂，這個第一天遇到了，但第二天有人帶位，比較有持續，希望酒店能堅持。就是煮雞蛋都煮過熟了，蛋黃髮黑就是營養價值沒了...還有就是我始終沒有見到網上説的一個麪包夾蛋黃的漢堡....餐廳個別服務員很不友好這個需要指出一下，很掉分。酒店位置其實很好，五一廣場比較遠但那些地方太混亂，去一次就沒必要去第二次了，酒店樓下就是商場，還有盒馬鮮生，什麼都買得到，很方便。酒店餐食過於昂貴，希望價格適當下調，要不然客人完全可以到樓下的商場解決吃飯問題。去南站很方便，地鐵就兩站路，去機場直接到南站轉磁懸浮超方便。總的來講體驗很不錯，儘管有些地方沒做到位我還是給高的評分，畢竟大部分員工都很努力的在服務客人。
