設施陳舊老化，床中間都開的，一看原來是拼接的床；衞生差，地板臟，連洗漱用具都沒有，除了二雙爛託鞋，什麼都要自費；電視顯示效果差，衹有十幾個頻道；服務態度差，有事找不到服務員。

主要説三點需要改進的地方吧。
第一:前台的很胖的服務員很奇怪，我在酒店上定的豪華大床房，然後跟她講我們想換一個麻將房，她就一個勁讓你掃碼要電子身份證，註冊啥的搞半天，結果搞成功了，她把房卡給我。我説我要換麻將房，補差價都行。她一臉得意，一臉自豪的語氣迴應我:已經把給你們安排入住了，房卡都給你了，就是大床房，我説我要換，她説換不了，反正就是感覺神經有點問題，答非所問。而且服務態度很差，建議老闆把她開掉。
第二:我連續住了三天，這三天，什麼都沒換，毛巾打濕了還是濕的，床單也不換，反正就是原封不動，不搞，裏面搞亂了也不收拾一下。
第三:牙膏牙刷都要收費，拖鞋也要收費。
