服務態度真的很好！因為訂錯時間，酒店人員非常熱心積極回答，房間設備都很不錯，這個價位在長沙算是性價比很高🅰️，距離市中心五一廣場很近，早餐還需豐富些就更好了！

酒店衞生間馬桶有點不乾淨，而且衞生間有腳臭味，後來聯繫前台及時找阿姨幫忙處理了，後來就好多了。酒店早點種類太少，而且小孩還要單獨收10塊錢，這點真的想吐槽。

房間乾淨，熱水充足，沐浴露和洗髮水超讚👍前台服務員非常熱情，又借針線又借剪刀，她們都很耐心🌹尤其是吃完早點後，前台服務員主動為老父親刷卡坐電梯回房間。謝謝啦！

裝修比較普通，停車比較方便。聽前台説這是張家界政府投資的，主要為張家界相關人員出差長沙所住。亮點是有直飲水，有消防器材，缺點是圖一桌子比較矮，且沒有插座。

房間很乾凈．沒有燥音，出酒店大廳門幾十米就有大型超市，購物很方便。灑店服務阿姨細至周到，有些什麼需要隨叫隨到，真是太感謝了哈。下次再來長沙一定還住長沙張家界灑店。

酒店位置還行，靠近烈士公園，吃完飯可以步行溜達溜達，早餐種類少，基本衹有米粉，而且小朋友還要單獨收10元錢，這點不太滿意
