A very clean ,cozy and nice hotel to stay for two nights. The staff 邓玉珍 is polite ,friendly, patient and a nice.She advises us on the transport to place of interest and where we can visit. We had an enjoyable stay in Kyriad hotel(Hunan financial centre) will come back again if we visit Changsha. Location is very convenient 3 mins walk to 茶子山train station .A lot of food around the hotel .Good partial seaview view .

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.
The city view is awesome, from 7 pm to 1030 pm we have the light shows on the building , book a room with bridge and city view, it is awesome.
The rooms are clean, had a bathtub to enjoy, and bed is cozy.
The staff are really welcoming, very warm gestures, from reception the ambiance is great.
Restaurant staff were really friendly, language is no barrier when you have translations. There was a buffet breakfast, and offered us complimentary lunch and dinner as well.
Thank you team. I would always recommend to here

I stayed in a few motels while visiting china from Australia. Kyriad was the best by far. For the price we were so surprised at the size of the rooms. Awesome city and river views. Plenty of ammenities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Hotel is away from the main town area, however there are a lot of shops selling food and massage parlours nearby. Room is very big, and the staff go all out to service guests (eg free laundry service and free departure gifts). My family enjoyed the stay!

While it's conveniently located near subway station, it's just above residential area n local shops. The surroundings can be overwhelming for a first time traveller to China. The main entrance is hard to locate as well n need to be extra alert to look for the lift leading to the lobby at level 43..

Hotel room was big and spacious, breakfast and supper was good too! Staffs were really friendly and helpful with our questions. Location was also a plus point with food right downstairs the hotel and near a shopping mall! Strongly recommend to those who prefer to stay away from Wuyi square crowd but still wish to have shopping and food nearby. 👍🏼

The hotel has central air conditioning. The ac will only blow heat even when ac is set to cool. When asked for ac is hot they say turn off the ac and open windows. Room is 27 degrees hot and dry not suitable for living. If you like living comfortably choose else where
