Hotel is away from the main town area, however there are a lot of shops selling food and massage parlours nearby. Room is very big, and the staff go all out to service guests (eg free laundry service and free departure gifts). My family enjoyed the stay!

While it's conveniently located near subway station, it's just above residential area n local shops. The surroundings can be overwhelming for a first time traveller to China. The main entrance is hard to locate as well n need to be extra alert to look for the lift leading to the lobby at level 43..

The hotel has central air conditioning. The ac will only blow heat even when ac is set to cool. When asked for ac is hot they say turn off the ac and open windows. Room is 27 degrees hot and dry not suitable for living. If you like living comfortably choose else where

A few minutes to the Metro station, restaurants and shops nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast also have lots of options. They also have free laundry service which is so convenient.

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and worth the money. The hotel's proximity to the main area and easy access to town via subway or taxi was convenient. It was great to have free laundry facilities, and the reception staff were friendly. I would consider staying there again.
Although the breakfast and gym equipment could be improved, I still had a nice time at the hotel.
