Had a wonderful stay with my sister! The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The workers were very nice - may be a little difficult if one does not speak any mandarin though. It was about a 20 minute ride from Yuelu mountain and 20-30 min ride from Wuyi Square and Nanmen Kou and IFS. Downstairs from the hotel has various convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shop (Luckin Coffee) and milk tea shops (most notably Chayanyuese). It has a little small gym and an area for laundry. You can put your laundry in and there’s a piece of paper to fill out your room information. When your laundry is done in the wash and you don’t come to place in the dryers, the worker will place it in the dryer for you. When your laundry is finished, they’ll place it into a bag and leave it for you to retrieve.

因為是全家出行不想訂2個房間，所以選擇的這家酒店，酒店大堂設在43樓，景色還是很美的，酒店免費停車，停車場的大哥超級熱情，前台也很熱情有問必答，房間衞生細節很到位，設計也合理，酒店服務經理很棒，會給旅遊建議，也贈送了早餐。酒店樓下就是商業街，該吃的都有，真的是性價比！

房間超出預期的大，新，衞生，床品舒適，還給我升級成江景房。出行方便，樓下走幾步就是地鐵口，還有茶顏悦色，雖然我覺得奶茶口味一般，提供早餐和深夜夜宵，房間很新，裝修很好啊，電視投頻方便，非常滿意！

房間乾淨整潔，住這裏交通便利，去哪裡都方便。窗户外可以看見橘子洲，樓下就是文和友打卡地，還可以去黃興廣場，對於帶娃出行的外地人特別適合！還有酒店的客服特別熱情，東西掉酒店了還幫忙郵寄，讓人非常感動，下次出行長沙還住這裏！

衞生：衞生整體還蠻好就是洗澡的浴霸有點污垢
環境：房間環境還行，之前我們來住免費給我們升級房間，現在好説歹説都不行😃就很無語，一次性拖鞋也沒有，然後刷牙那裡洗臉的毛巾也沒有，晚上下來吃夜宵，粉也不好吃了 肉也沒有了 青菜還是娃娃菜（特別難吃），阿姨還在那裡聊天……把衣服放在那裡洗，寫了紙條説幫我烘乾，結果下來拿的時候，濕的就給我放在袋子裏……好無語
設施：房間的浴霸都是磕爛的那種，每個都劃手，沒有哪一個不劃手我的天吶！我的手當天晚上就被劃傷了！
不過前台有個小姐姐蠻好的，又温柔説話又好聽😊

帶孩子們來長沙，這是住的第二個酒店，非常滿意！酒店旁邊就有地鐵，去景點都方便，樓下還有茶顏悦色，房間選擇了套房，乾淨整潔沒有異味，碰到的所有服務員都很有親和力，給孩子申請了免費早餐，特別貼心！早餐也非常好吃，整體住的很舒服，臨退房還送了孩子長沙特色零食，太感謝了，下次還會選擇這個酒店！

酒店中規中矩，暑假入住總是滿房。小紅書上説送的福利都沒有...因為是暑假。週末入住625。這個價格對應房間就還好。酒店服務態度還行，但感覺有點端着，有些服務員打招呼是格式化的感覺。但是辦理入住主動倒水的工作人員態度十分的好。早餐，雖然豐富但是沒有什麼是比較好吃的，沒吃好（／_＼）城市🏙️景比江景好，江景被擋的七七八八。現在還會有施工，噪音還好，但是會吵，不適合來酒店睡覺的人，早出晚歸比較👍🏻
