Location was good. Near a subway. The hotel room itself was nice. Generally clean I would most likely book to stay here again.

酒店附近很便利，前台小芸服務很好，酒店附近就有薈聚商場，旁邊就是地鐵站，酒店對面就是李自健美術館，還有一個天鵝湖很漂亮，推薦！

酒店各方面都挺不錯的，前廳服務好，衞生不錯。劉經理推薦的火鍋非常值得打卡。地鐵很方便，整個長沙都能到。早餐是自助的。停車免費，大廳感覺很舒服。還有個書吧！值得推薦入住

續訂坐地起價 説好的價格一直往上漲，而且服務態度不好，直接罵人趕人，本來的房間還沒有完全收拾好之後就把人趕出酒店了

一個無星的酒店標準賣出四星的價格不説，停車難、房間小、設施陳陋，隔音效果不好導致一夜不免眠！作為長沙人在長沙住酒店感覺是最差的一次體驗！

位置很好，馬路對面就是謝子龍影像館和李自健美術館，離洋湖地鐵口不遠，附近還有宜家開的大型商場薈聚。
房間不算太大，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，而且空調效果超強

這次祖孫三代，來長沙旅遊，探親。華里酒店給了我們非常不錯的體驗和感受。特別要表揚前台的馮美女和趙美女。因為地域麻將文化不同。沒入住已經提前電話詢問：打長沙麻將還是“🀄️”的？
細節方面值得一讚👍
早餐品種多，味道不錯。有位阿姨也值得表揚，一邊提醒住客給餐票，一邊還要收拾，另外還會不時提醒大家，適量取食，不要浪費糧食。
整個酒店團隊的素質都棒棒的，感受得到你們公司的管理和培訓，有在用心！
謝謝你們的付出。希望再接再勵，下次還會來住，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！
