the hotel staff are approachable and helpful. i asked for a room change to match the description of the room i booked and it was promptly done. the room is cozy just that the mattress is a bit hard. the hotel has washing machines and you can dry your clothes on the roof or in the room. the hotel location is very near the changsha high speed rail station. it is well connected to popular attractions via metro and public buses. there are many eateries around especially near the changsha station. i deposited one of my luggage at the hotel while i visit a nearby attraction.

The room was clean and simple. We had a comfortable stay. The location was really convenient as it was close to the South Gate of the national park Zhangjiajie and we could take buses from there to travel to the other scenic areas too. The manager was very nice and helpful, available at anytime.

The WiFi signal is very weak, the bed is uncomfortable, almost as hard as a wooden board and the water pressure is insufficient for a proper shower. However, the friendly and helpful staff, along with the convenient location, make up for it.
