It was an absolutely amazing experience staying at the hotel. It’s clean, convenient, high-tech.
The team there is the best. James offers the best hospitality. It’s my second time staying at the hotel and will no doubt come back.

Excellent hotel with very great staff. Always willing to help and go a step further to make our stay memorable. Very clean as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, but make it up with the mall next door

A stone throw away from Taksin Mall. Good hotel but smokers are allowed on lift corridors which is not ideal for non-smoker. Indoor swimming pool, gym and lockers facilities are top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with many options.

It deserve for the five star hotels.
The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me.

Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale...
but I would like to recommend this hotel.
Next time, I will book this hotel again.
I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again.
Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel.
(I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)
