地理位置真的是沒話説，出門右轉直接覓食，但是我要吐槽一下衞生問題，屋裡還好，但是衞生間 衞生間 衞生間有蟑螂 而且很多衹，真是要命了，第二天果斷換房，客服小姐姐還不錯，跟他説了這個問題表示會盡快處理

地段非常好，樓下就是坡子街，很多美食，在房間還能看到橘子洲頭，室內光線很好，乾淨整潔，很舒適，價格也比較實惠，下次來長沙還來入住！

客觀評價下這個房子吧。端午期間帶孩子一家出遊長沙居住，整體居住體驗還行，具體優缺點如下，給大家參考：
優點：1.地理位置優越。處於長沙最繁華的坡子街，樓下就是逛街的鬧市，夜裡全線酒吧嗨爆，房屋背後就是火宮殿，走幾步就是太平老街，茶顏悦色隨處20米一家，走15分鐘即可到IFS，樓下就是各種網紅小吃，離五一廣場，橘子洲，文和友海信廣場距離都不太遠，坡子街派出所就在樓下，很多人打卡，遊玩非常方便。
2.房屋裝修跟圖片差不多，主要以滑滑梯，海洋球和鞦韆為噱頭，小朋友很喜歡，定的時候也是主要考慮的這個，太曬的時候可以在房間玩，客廳高低兩張床，卧室一張可以居住人員比較多。
3.投影電視，視覺效果不錯。
缺點：1.房屋遊樂安全措施不到位，有人評論説全有防撞條啥的，我除了樓梯有一條以外，其他都沒有，包括床拐角，海洋球池複合板邊邊，床邊地角，上面一張床頭上的燈多處，全家4人入住全部被磕到撞到過。
2.房屋為集中管理型民宿，時間比較長了，整個房屋衞生條件一般，特別是廚房是個擺設，冰箱裏打開亮燈温度是熱的，而且有污漬和異味無法正常使用，地板也有很厚的灰層，海洋球池裡的娃娃也有不容易清理的污漬。
3.整個樓棟地處繁華區，人員比較複雜，房屋走廊比較陳舊，衞生不是很好。
