房主很nice,交通也非常方便，離地鐵6號線也就100米的路程，樓下是步步高廣場，對面是王府井奧萊，裏面購物吃飯都方便，還有茶顏，費大廚，星爸爸，肯德基啥的，唯一的不足是屬於商業板塊，感覺離長沙本地人的生活有點距離，體會不到當地人的生活狀態，其他沒毛病。

交通便利，樓下就是地鐵站和公交站，周邊步步高廣場和王府井廣場，房間性價比高，房間乾淨衞生，多次入住了。

交通非常便利，樓下吃喝的購物的都不少，茶顏也不需要排隊😂
服務態度很好，房間設施中規中矩，衞生條件不錯，比後邊住的民宿好不少。如果不是因為不能接待外賓，完全可以不換酒店了。

來腫瘤醫院好多回了，之前都是住的商務型酒店，這回想換個民宿試試，沒想到這是一次非常棒的體驗！房間寬敞且明亮，透氣也很好，還有個很大的落地窗，衞生乾淨整潔，交通方便，樓下就是地鐵站和公交站，老闆服務態度特別好，有問必答，非常有耐心！這是非常值得推薦的一家民宿哦

差評，沒説明白直接扣錢
環境衞生都不太好，床上還有些不知道的小球球，我們續住需要換床單被褥跟我説阿姨下班了，續住也沒有礦泉水做衞生也不太乾淨
