The hotel is located in the center of Changsha City. It has an excellent location. There is everything to eat, drink and have fun around. There are shopping malls downstairs. On the second floor, there are Metro Line 2 and Line 5, which can directly reach Wuyi Square and Orange Island. It is also very close to the high-speed rail and the train station, and can be reached directly. This trip is a perfect experience of Changsha nightlife. In addition, you can enjoy great cultural history on the 11th floor of Wanjiali. Whether it is the wax museum or the history and culture of China, it is worth a visit. The hotel lobby on the 26th floor There is an art exhibition in the hall, and the crystal lamp on the top is magnificent, giving people a warm feeling. But the most famous one is the shutdown on the 28th floor. There is a big Buddha statue in every corner, and the night view of Changsha can be seen from the rooftop at a glance, which is quite beautiful.

Good location, big room, everything else is so-so. After staying for three days, many problems occurred on the second day. The room card suddenly expired, so I walked around Wanjiali Plaza to the front desk to deal with it, and then walked back to the room, almost getting lost. The cleaning of the guest room may be because we brought our own towels and didn't even put the floor towels, bath towels, and hand towels. If there is water on the floor after taking a shower, are we allowed to wipe it with our own towels? On the third day, I left a note asking for the floor towel to be put away. What's more, the MINI bar in the room is empty, and there is nothing for consumption in the room. It takes 15 minutes for the deposit to be refunded after check-out. I don't know what is going on?

The only bright spot is the convenient transportation, convenient for eating and buying tea, and other shortcomings. I can write a short essay. The hygiene in the room is worrisome, there is obvious dust accumulation on the bedside table and many places, and the bathroom smells like sewage. The corridor lights are also broken and all the facilities are quite old. The room is in the first one at the elevator entrance. It's very noisy, and the public toilet is next door. I don't know if the smell of the toilet is related to this.

I don't know how it can be defined as a star hotel, and I don't know how it can afford the price. Firstly, the front desk was extremely cold and unenthusiastic. Secondly, nothing was done. Even the bathroom fan was broken. I thought this was a star-rated hotel, I thought a hotel of this price range could at least do a good job in terms of hygiene, even if it was just about taking care of everything that could be seen! Unreasonable

The suite is really big enough. There are more than 30 square meters outside is a sofa set and bar counter toilet. There is a double bed plus a single bed, and 2 sets of cabinets are about 40 square meters. There is also a sofa set. The photo is the wax museum in Wanjiali Building. It's completely free. The procedures are very fast, and the check-in is very spacious and convenient. There is a gym and life supermarket specially equipped by Wanjiali on the second floor, and there are many snacks on the first floor. The hotel lobby is on the 26th floor, and the scenery upstairs is really good, especially in the evening, there is a Fuyuan Airport on the 28th floor with many myths. The first officer Xiaoqing served very well and gave a small gift, which was a pleasant surprise.

The pool is fancy, who knows that the pool will not open before 520. When I entered the bathroom, I saw a long hair on the toilet, which may not have been cleaned. The breakfast buffet is not tasty, it's better to use the money to eat in the snack bar downstairs. Some wax figures in the wax museum do not have a prototype introduction. I don't know who they are. Everyone looks like them, but they are a little different. It is said that the deposit will be refunded the next day after checking out at the latest. Now it has been two days after checking out, there is no refund of deposit.
