I have always preferred Huazhu Group hotels. So I booked this hotel which is said to be less than 100 meters away from May Day Square. When I first arrived at Changsha South Station, the hotel navigation said it was several hundred meters away from May Day Square, which seemed unreliable. Later, the clerk Mr. Shi patiently explained that since the subway entrances are directly connected to the pedestrian street, the hotel is only close to the No. 9 exit of the May Day Square "subway station". It takes about ten minutes to get off the subway to No. 9 exit. The clerk also enthusiastically asked if I needed to be picked up at the station. The hotel service is very good, the clerks are patient, careful and considerate. The room service saw that there were unwashed socks and helped to deal with them. Thank you! Thank you! I will choose it again next time I travel.
