這個酒店的配套設定還是方便的，但是酒店有幾個前台接待人員那副嘴臉不是一般的**，一副嫌棄顧客的樣子，掛在臉上那種。好幾個同事私底下都説，跟前台好幾個接待的工作人員交流，他們都是極其不耐煩滿臉嫌棄的樣子，具體事情就不舉例了，你們工作人員自己心裏面清楚。顧客有問題找你，肯定是希望得到幫助，服務人員聽都不聽完就不耐煩樣子。拜託親，你的服務態度如何，顧客是可以感覺得到的。簡直啦，體驗感很差。所以，為啥我們還要老住這家酒店？？！！建議大家，下次住茉莉花吧，茉莉花重新裝修了，還有至少茉莉花的工作人員不會服務態度惡劣。

酒店地理位置優越 周圍設施齊全交通便利。酒店服務周到，早餐種類多，味道好，前台1號小姐姐服務熱情。（最好能房間配把雨傘，方便雨季出行）

對於開車住酒店的客人酒店停車很方便，酒店房間挺大的。酒店的中餐廳菜做的不錯，有很實惠的團購套餐，性價比很高。略顯欠缺的是吃早餐的餐廳小了點，趕上早餐高峯時刻，座位比較緊張。

10號客服態度很好，工作也很認真，酒店早餐也還可以，中間發現被子裏有塑料袋，聯繫客服馬上解決了，就是酒店房間有點舊，設施有老舊，其他還好。
