衞生一般，淋浴間地面下水地方有毛髮，雖然是乾濕分離，但是感覺佈局比較奇怪，使用起來不方便，毛巾有些硬。

太棒了，酒店對面就是李自健，謝子龍藝術館，旁邊也有地鐵口，交通比較方便，早餐特別豐富，整個環境特別好，枕頭是鴨絨的，還可以免費調換乳膠枕和蕎麥枕，配的有全自動洗衣機和健身房，還有露天花園，每天晚上八點半還會派送甜品，真的是太棒了！！

第二次入住，四樓有露台可以晾曬衣服，也有洗衣機和烘乾機，很方便。酒店門口可以免費停車，不遠處逛街有薈聚和宜家。下次來繼續住這裏。

房間裝修風格還是蠻讓人喜歡的，但是跟其他點評的客人感受一樣，管理混亂，服務不好。也遭遇了跟其他客人一樣的情況，物品不小心落在房間，打死不承認還一直説我自己忘記掉到其他地方了的，最後還是我發脾氣了最後才到房間裏面去找到了。管理人員也都不核實的，睜着眼睛説瞎話。

早餐需要從8樓出電梯出來後走一層樓梯上9樓，雖然如此但是我能接受，因為開房時候1號、2號服務員已經給我做了解釋，所以還能接受。這1、2號兩位小姐姐的服務態度很好，9樓餐廳的服務也很好、吃的質量和口味也不錯。就是忘記拍照片了。圖片與酒店無關。

遇到問題不可怕，可怕的是不好好解決問題。昨晚入住酒店遇到了問題，跟前台還有酒店的經理經過溝通，儘快地以另外一種方式解決了，對於原本存在的問題也在不久後得到了解決。在處理問題這方面，酒店有效率，有誠意。 酒店的環境乾淨清爽，服務不錯，入住體驗優，早餐就餐環境清雅，值得推薦！

這次來長沙是出差，經過對比和朋友推薦於是選擇了這家酒店，總體來説酒店性價比挺高的，周圍交通便利，出門滴滴，公交，地鐵啥的都挺方便的。房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務都很熱情，房間也有窗户靠小區，個人感覺挺安靜的。還去打卡了對面的謝子龍李子健，因為真的太近啦！以後會常來，有朋友來也會幫忙推薦的，希望越做越好👍👍👍👍👍👍
