房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服，是帶有歐式的感覺，前廳人員服務熱情，客房服務阿姨非常和善基本是有求必應。酒店設備設施都基本上完整，該有的配套基本上都滿足，另外酒店離旁邊的購物中心也挺近的，周邊走走還挺舒服的，總之是一次非常舒服的旅行。

酒店交通方便，靠近地鐵，離繞城高速進入口衹有幾分鐘的車距。旁邊有步步高大型購物廣場，非常便利。前廳人員服務熱情，房間進行升級，高層的房間對外視野開闊，真心不錯的安排，房間一如既往的好，寬敞明亮，舒適，乾淨。酒店的早餐也非常豐富，品種多，味道也不錯。

酒店位置就在高速路口旁邊很方便，五一和朋友自駕游來長沙玩，前台小姐姐還熱心的推薦旅遊景點，房間裏面的衞生做的很好！住着很舒服，早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦呀！

住過很多維也納，但是這個酒店的小姐姐們很熱情，離店的時候走的比較着急，身份證落在房間裏面了，聯繫酒店後也是立刻在幫我尋找，是真的有用心在配合顧客提出的要求，入住體驗感拉滿！

第一次出來出差就選擇了在梅溪湖旁邊住酒店酒店的招牌很大，而且離步步高商場很近，對面還有兩家大學前面還有夜宵街吃東西的話很方便，然後酒店的話還貼心的送了早餐房間還送了水果前台的接待，也是很熱情 下次花還會選擇住這邊 五星好評！！！
