the staff at the reception was super helpful, kind and nice !! I am amazed with the hospilality. Even though I am not local and I do not speak Chinese, the reception did its best to commumicate with me and assist me with the best possible way. I am so grateful staying at this hotel. Special kudos to Xiao Yanmin for her amazing behavior and proffesionalism. I will always remember it and it is one my best memories to bring back to Greece from China. I have no words for Xiao Yanmin. The room was amazing, very spacious, with 2x2m bed super comfortable and nice. The amenities were of high quality and the room and hotel very clean. The breakfast served a big variety of local foods and tastes, very delicious with vegetarian options as well. Highly reccomended.

The location is okay, quite closed to commercial zone. However, facilities in hotel is outdated, if you prefer to live in new hotel, they are not your 1st choice.

房間很乾凈，我住在24樓，超級安靜，晚上沒有任何噪音，休息的很好。24樓服務的阿姨服務很暖心，很用心，很真心，每天出門碰到她，都會熱情的給我打招呼，問有沒有什麼需要。還暖心的給我嚐嚐她自己煮的花生，還送了一包家鄉的茶葉給我帶回家嚐鮮，實在太熱情了，非常滿意這次入住體驗。湖南的人民也特別好，非常喜歡這座城市。

結論，房間的性價比很高，推薦入住。地理位置比較方便，而且房間大小比較大，裝修也不錯。廁所乾濕分離，還有浴缸，面積也比較大。至於服務方面，巢姐的服務很好，對我們很關心，而且還給我們送上鹵水花生作為宵夜的小食，很温暖，衞生也很乾凈

地理位置優越，房間比較大，功能分區合理，看得出是老牌中高端酒店，衹是現在設施有些陳舊了，馬桶容易堵，洗手池稍微有點漏水。洗澡水温穩定，房間床品比較乾淨，刷卡才能去對應樓層這一點比較有安全感。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，退房送了超多零食，看我們帶小孩還給了幾個遊戲幣可以玩扭蛋機，備註需要需要處理就幫我們安排了無煙樓層，服務滿分，很滿意。
