這家飯店是一家有歷史的飯店，但相同的設施也有點不夠新，尤其在現代湖南長沙眾多五星級的飯店崛起，設備上對於五星級而言，真的是不夠好；但人員的服務算是不錯的，值得嘉獎，位置上雖然位於省政府旁，但並非在主要的景區及經濟活動區，因此附近缺少大型商場及餐廳，比較適合是給來省政府辦事情的人住的地方，早餐只能說可以，但沒有說特別或很好的狀態，對於在長沙一個美食之都，是有點漏氣了，當然，此次感謝服務人員的安排，希望能有更好的改進

酒店的服務質量真的是好到爆了 還沒下動車就提前和酒店工作人員確認了時間 安排了司機來接 這裏點名表揚一下胡經理 方方面面安排的很周到 令我有種在家享受的感覺！很贊！一下車就享受到了司機帶來的茶顏悦色 期待了很大久果然沒有讓人失望！再到酒店的工作人員都很熱情 都是笑臉相迎的good 值得一提的就是 酒店一直會提供冰塊🧊 我沒有冰水活不下去！太讚了 下次我還是會優先選擇這個酒店的

我們在還沒到長沙之前訂了三個酒店，這個酒店的價格居中，但想不到白天鵝性價比最高，原因就是我們在入住酒店時碰到了前台小周，她的熱情服務給我們留下了深刻的印象，房間升級套房非常棒。另外酒店早餐也不錯，房間打掃一天二次，真的入住世界幾十個國家非常少碰到這種盡心盡責的服務員，所以以後來長沙首選貴酒店還要推薦給親朋好友。
