It looks good and the service is enthusiastic. My friends said that the breakfast here is good, and I got up early this time. Next, it's really good, better than the breakfasts in the previous hotels. In the evening, I invited friends to have dinner at the hotel. The private room environment is really nice. The most weird hotel I encountered on a business trip, there are overlord clauses! Specific process: Book 2 diamond business rooms at the front desk at around 10:30 in the morning, temporarily change the itinerary at noon, plan to cancel the trip to Changsha, check out at the hotel front desk before 14:00, and both rooms have not checked in and entered the room . I was told by the front desk to deduct the room rate for the whole day, and applied to the person in charge of the hotel, but the room rate was still deducted. The negotiation failed, so I called the Changsha Consumers Association and waited for the official coordination. From booking a room to canceling the reservation, it takes no more than 3 and a half hours, and the room has not been entered. The entire day room charge will be deducted. I personally feel that this requirement is very overlord and does not meet the hospitality of a city like Changsha!

這家酒店真的很不錯，給我的感受非常好，服務人員都很有親和力，酒店位於豪布斯卡酒店附近，地理位置很不錯離地鐵站也不算太遠，是一家適合出差跟旅遊的酒店。離省政府也是很近的，非常方便辦各種業務 停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台服務專業，會員還幫忙免費升級，房間窗户大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。早餐菜品味道好,種類多。位置便利,周圍吃的也比較多交通十分方便 酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。餐廳衞生乾淨吃起來很放心。 前台服務態度好，免費提供購物袋,交通地圖。房間內採光很好，電視屏幕大 清晰度也高。還支持一鍵投屏。窗簾遮光性好，早餐品種很多，應有盡有，餐廳阿姨主動性強。 服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來。房間面積大 通風效果不錯。被子柔軟 睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度 手機信號強,免費WiFi,早餐口味很多,吃的選擇性

家人們，出差住酒店一定要注意衞生情況。看了網上這家酒店點評很好，所以選擇這家 不得不説的是，他們家酒店用的一次性拖鞋居然是使用過的，然後又裝在袋子裏的，重複使用，同事打開拖鞋就穿在腳上了，我就稍微看了下，拖鞋裡麪居然有黑色球球臟的，一看就是被穿過的，打電話請前台幫忙重新送一雙新的一次性拖鞋，結果送來的依然是使用過的，房間有放着一雙收費使用的拖鞋 這樣的酒店真的要避坑！！避坑！！！！ 重複使用拖鞋！！！！！不乾淨，臭！！！

衞生：乾淨 環境：比較好 服務：好 去高鐵站也比較方便 圖片找不到了，但是確實還不錯，可以試試這裏，基本上算 延時退房至14點:很人性化， 歡迎水果:也很不錯

交通便利，周邊就有德思勤商場和地鐵，打卡美食很方便。 酒店設備設施齊全，泳池健身房都是免費的，水温也非常舒服。房間衞生很乾凈，還贈送了水果。 服務周到，前台客服會打招呼拿行李，賓至如歸，有回家的感覺。

房間，設施很齊全，位置也很好，距離長沙南站不遠。商家的服務很熱情，特別表揚前台小姐姐很熱情，安排的房間休息的也很不錯，酒店的性價比也可以，下次有機會還住這，酒店高端大氣，是商務出遊首選酒店！

住了兩晚，確實不錯，服務沒得説，很到位，我們訂的雙床房，有孩子需要把兩床併到一起，他們主動幫忙，還幫我們拿東西上樓，泳池也很nice，水不涼，還有泳圈可以用，旁邊還有兩個教練看着，孩子玩水很放心，推薦👍
