設施老舊，神農茶都附近的老居民樓。房間寬敞，衞生還好，周圍很多飯店商店，出行比較便利，離地鐵站大約一公里左右。

房間非常乾淨衞生，進入房間第一感覺挺温馨的。老闆也非常熱情，給免費升了房。位置也方便，離地鐵站一百多米，周邊網紅夜市挺多。住着也很安靜。

非常滿意，賓館就在朝暉路上，背後就是火焰大市場，交通方面很是便利，附近飲食店和夜宵檔也很多。老闆服務態度好，衞生條件也可以，在這個價位上算得上有性價比了，好評必竟送上。
