酒店服務態度非常好，客房整體寬敞，佈置温馨，清潔衞生到位，而且光線好，整體非常舒適的感覺，吃東西也方便，走路10分鐘有個吾悦廣場，吃的東西特多，酒店還有免費接送高鐵站服務，挺方便的。

入住酒店大廳看起來很舒適，酒店還有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐服務好，房間設施齊全，衞生很乾凈整潔，房間物品齊全，吃飯也方便，旁邊有個完美湘遇的湘菜館，味道挺不錯，朋友們吃的挺開心，這個酒店下次還來入住的。

酒店性價比很高，很乾凈，根本不像是100多價位的酒店，房間面積也很大，30多平，洗髮水和沐浴露也是獨立分裝的，前台小姐姐很熱心幫忙升級了房間。晚上空調問題，小哥哥也很禮貌幫忙解決。唯一有瑕疵的是，浴室的下水道有點堵塞～
