空調製冷效果不行，整個晚上沒降下温。下午帶孩子從生態動物園玩回來了，發現我們訂的房間一塌糊塗。行李箱也不見了。真是震驚到我！店老闆在我們出去玩的這段時間竟然又二次做生意掙錢，把我們的房間開了鐘點房，無語至極。好在後麪店老闆不好意思，重新給我們換了一間房。行李箱也放在前台拿來了。

一般情況都會默認好評，這個恕我直言服務一顆星都算多。房間是幫家人訂的，交完按金送完他們上去我就走了，第二天很早七點不到就退了房。結果按金一直沒退回來，打了好幾個電話過去就説是抵房卡，明明房卡已經給前台了。又説加我微信核實就退回來，也一直沒加，我想説要核實這麼久麼。我也不想再打電話問了，無語了家人們避雷這一家吧。
