非常奈斯的入住體驗，房東一家人都非常熱情，去的時候下雨，還擔心我們淋雨，借傘給我們，房間衞生很乾凈，房子位置很好，樓下房東姐姐種了好多花，住在三樓，能看到燈光秀。

環境好，位置佳，在中南大學裏，遠眺能看嶽麓山，價格實惠，老闆人也熱情，是旅行，放鬆的好地方。

老闆人挺好的，就是住的地方不好找，尤其是晚上到的時候沒燈有點嚇人，然後定位也不是很準確，然後我住的是副樓203，缺點就是爬樓梯不好爬，要是點外賣的話要去找騎手，希望下個住203的人能看看床頭邊有沒有插座吧，因為插座衹有桌子那有個小插排，看看桌子那下邊有沒有包，一開始不注意被颳了一下。但總體還是可以的，晚上開空調10元，白天15，老闆人也挺好的，臨時歇歇腳可以考慮來這。

性價比不錯，位置有點偏，衹能一個進口入校區門口，停車要收費。開車轉了兩圈才找到。老闆服務不錯給了交通指引.

此民宿位於中南大學必須走上陡峭的樓梯方可抵達，離馬路有些距離，因此房間很安靜非常適合休息，唯一覺得不習慣的是蹲式馬桶，如果可以改成坐式馬桶就太棒了。附近吃飯或是買東西、逛街都很方便也不遠，離捷運站約20分鐘，建議乘坐公交車比較方便。這附近吃飯飲食很平價，但是環境比較不衛生，很多隨地的垃圾。

老闆免費給我們升了雙人房，很大的床，老闆都很和藹，家庭氣息很濃；出門就是麓山南路小吃街，非常方便，衞生條件也都不錯，衹是洗浴有點不方便，總體性價比很高😘
