位置很好，性價比不錯，衞生還不錯，主要是地毯容易臟，一定要把地毯打掃乾淨，地毯得用專門的設備打掃的。房間在一個小區裏，門口有保安，很安全，不過進出得有密碼，要不不太方便的。小區那麼高的樓衹有3部電梯，等電梯還是比較費勁。屋裡網線也還不錯。
