I checked in at the hotel around 2:00 am in the morning ,the check in process was fast and efficient ,this is my third time coming back to this hotel,it’s the only hotel i sleep in when i visit changsha ,the workers are great and have a good attitude to customers that is why i keep coming back and also recommend the hotel to friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the location of the hotel is also good👍

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's restaurant was also excellent, serving delicious meals with a good selection of drinks. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit every palate.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Vienna International Hotel to anyone visiting the area. The staff, facilities, and location all exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The hotel is convenient to the train station. 8 minutes by taxi. There is also a shopping mall behind the hotel which has McDonald’s, KFC a few other restaurants, cinema.
The hotel itself is not generally bad, but they really need to find a new cleaner. The cleaner looked like a student. As soon as we enter the room, I found hairs on the floor, hairs in the sink and shower !
The bedding was stained by food !!
Dust behind the TV.
Really poor cleanliness and poor management control of quality.
Find a new cleaner and I would come back.
