The hotel staff was super friendly and understanding. The main issue I had with the hotel was the bedsheets tended to pick up humidity really bad and the air conditioning was not great. The location was not bad at all though, I only wish I didn't have to switch hotels after two days because of the issues I had.

Super happy with our stay for the price. Extremely clean and conveniently located in Furong district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left a belonging in my room and they shipped it over to my next accommodation swiftly. Definitely would rebook.

The store I stayed at in Furong Middle Road, Changsha, Vienna is very close to the Provincial Museum in the core business district, and it is very convenient to travel by taxi and bus.
