房間很整潔，服務很貼心。我倆都是長者，17號出去玩，乘地鐵2號線，到五一廣場站下車，第一次來長沙，出了地鐵口滿目生疏。聽説地鐵站裏酒店很近，就打電話與酒店大堂肯定一下。大堂耐心的告訴地鐵站離酒店較遠，需要打車。晚上20點，大堂再一次打電話確認我們回來沒有？那一刻，我有一種被家人關心的感覺。早餐品種多，口味正，房間住着舒服，服務熱心，我們把所有在長沙的時間都續住在湖南新聞國際大酒店。如果下次再來長沙我還會再來入住。

親子房很不錯，一大一小兩張床，很適合親子家庭出遊。親子房是熊大熊二的裝修風格，小朋友很喜歡。房間外有熱水供應，很適合我們睡前需要喝温水的習慣。早餐品類豐富，下午有下午茶，晚上還有晚安粥提供。酒店後面有一條街美食，早上不想吃酒店早餐也可以選擇去後街吃粉面，挺好吃的。茶顏奶茶附近也有，想喝隨時可以買整體來説地理位置很不錯，博物館和景點就在附近。自駕住這裏很合適，免費停車，出行也方便。週末去瀏陽河參加煙花節活動也很方便！

前台小姐姐很熱心服務很周到，給小朋友準備了洗漱牙刷和拖鞋，前腳剛辦理入住，就給我們發了份出遊清單，裏面有周邊的美食以及打卡攻略，下午有下午茶和晚安粥，小朋友很喜歡，這次入住和旅行都很愉快！

整體還是很滿意的，下次還會考慮入住！前台的女生和客房阿姨都很熱情，看得出很注重服務，住的房間很熱，硬件設施造成無法調節冷氣也一再表示歉意，感受到服務的真誠。除了辦入住時詢問男的前台是否可以延時退房，直接不説話，不回答，這種行為感到莫名其妙，其他都很滿意，因為後續入住無論客房阿姨還是其他前台人員都很熱情也就瑕不掩瑜了！

第一次入住家酒店，選擇他們是因為他們距離博物館近走過去大概15分鐘。入住之後就添加了管家的微信。早餐還是比較全面的，有米粉，居然還有長沙特色的臭豆腐跟糖油粑粑這些直接在酒店就能吃，還配了好幾個碼子，有適合長者吃的一些粗糧，咖啡也是現磨的咖啡，對於我們這種年輕人簡直是非常nice，提神專用，哦對了還可以免費停車，對於自駕游來的非常方便！！！離景點很近外賣也很方便
