Great hotel, location and everything. The room was huge and the decor using classical oriental furniture and paintings add a touch of class. The bed was really comfortable. Reception staff were helpful in giving information about transport, what to see and do.

The hotel is clean, there’s KFC downstairs, the only problem is the size of the shower, it’s too small.

Great value for the price, the room is comfy with large windows and the breakfast options are plentiful. The staff was very friendly and offered a water bottle when checking out which was much appreciated as temperatures reached 40C that day.

Good service overall but the hotel does not have smoke free room.The hotel is a bit tired but the staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we really loved it. Room was big and spacious, staff was polite and welcoming. There is a metro station, Nanhu station just opp the hotel. It is also very near to Wuyi square and huaxing road, very convenient! The staff even helped us with our luggage went we checked out!
We would definitely stay here again if we visit Changsha!
