Good location, so close to the University and 15 minutes walking to the metro station. Amenities are great. Staff is really nice and efficient. The hotel has a little supermarket in the first floor. Really recommend it!

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment, especially the breakfast is great, with Changsha rice noodles, noodles and western food.

The sheets were patched, the pillows were covered in dust, and they didn't even want to turn on the air conditioner. The free fruit service was pretty good, but the cucumbers weren't fresh, and the corn for breakfast wasn't fresh either.

There was a strange noise in the room, and the sound of running water lasted for an hour and a half. I couldn't stand it anymore and contacted the front desk to change the room. The service was average. Neither the front desk nor the auntie would say hello when they saw people. Also, the TV can't be projected. You need VIP to see anything on TV.
But there are still a few points worth praising. There are simple welcome snacks, and there is a QR code at the head of the bed that can be scanned. Just click on what you need to send.
