The experience is very poor. The air conditioner is broken and leaks all the time. I sent a message to the landlord but he still didn’t reply. There is no light in the bathroom. I have to use a flashlight to take a shower.

It was just an ordinary single room on a high floor, but the environment was terrible. Someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night to harass me, and even whistled. No good room at affordable price

#好評#對房間佈局，鄰近店舖，鄰近餐廳滿意；#負評#對酒店氣味失望；房间面积大，设置陈旧老化，房间卫生较差，像是很久没人住过，到处是灰尘让人很难接受。在晚上吃饭的时间段，下面楼层的油烟会窜到房间，只能开油烟机。信价比没有网上评价的高。

所有的評價沒有最好，衹有最優配比。這家我點評五星，主要是綜合性價比太好了！首先位置就在東塘地鐵站旁200米左右的平和堂樓上，是很熱鬧的一個老商圈，應該原來位置僅僅次於五一廣場那邊，現在當然新商圈多了起來。交通極其方便，除了地鐵外，其他各路公交車實在是路路通啊，火車站，高鐵南站都有直達，加上我辦事地點也在附近，當然必為首選！另外必須推薦是美食，琳琅滿目，品類眾多，出名的有火宮殿，新華樓，黃牛炒肉等，這些對於外地來的客人，我認為必須去體驗下，正宗湘菜的精髓，而且關鍵還不貴，非常的親民！人均50左右可以吃得很好，很爽！還有一些特色小吃店，比如號稱長沙排名第一的西施臭豆腐那必須前去一品！每天賣出3000多塊臭豆腐，去晚了必然排隊！另外一家殺豬粉必須也嚐嚐，裏面還有各種湖南口味的蓋飯，香得讓人流口水，30元不到管飽！不出名的特色小店就更多如牛毛了，我也沒法一一點評！另外周邊一堆商場，當然現在已經不是最好的那種，曾經的輝煌已經過去了！中檔吧。但對於出差是最好不過了！方便，省事省錢省時！再談下房間，性價比實在實在太高了！我提前定的特價80元一晚的單人間，40多平，很寬敞，有冰箱，還有煤氣灶與鍋，如果住得久點，衹怕做個簡單飯菜，夜宵完全沒有障礙！所以説五星主要指其各方麪條件的匹配度！前幾張酒店房間，後面是周圍美食照！
