這個價位性價比超級高了，是獨立的一間樓，不是拼層的酒店，很安全，交通方便房間，直走幾百米就是地鐵，還可以免費接送，酒店樓下當地餐館也不錯，酒店服務非常好，免費洗衣、免費烤紅薯真的是太周到了

房間非常乾淨整潔，床品很乾凈而且舒服。前台給免費升級了房型和延時退房服務，服務態度非常好，還有甜甜的烤地瓜。早餐種類很多味道很不錯，還有免費的午餐和晚餐是我在其他酒店沒有體驗過的。下次出差還到這裏來

房間挺好的，乾淨整潔，住宿還有免費烤紅薯吃，主要是價格不貴，酒店三公里內還可以免費接送，去哪都還挺方便的，前台小姐姐很貼心，服務態度特好，如果下次再來長沙玩，還住這裏。

前台服務很熱情積極解決問題，前台還有免費的烤紅薯，可以寄存行李為第二天的旅遊提供了很大的便利，房間衞生乾淨保潔阿姨即使打掃衞生，還有小零食送到你的房間裏面，早餐非常豐富，以後再來長沙玩還會選擇這一家酒店的，非常推薦給大家，但是離地鐵站有點遠還好酒店有免費接送服務！

房間就一般吧，感覺裝修有年頭了，設施老舊，吹風機的風小的可憐，換氣也是，幾乎感覺不到風的存在。
服務：服務糟糕，什麼要求都滿足不了。晚上回來買的蛋糕想放冰箱裏都沒得放，説廚房下班了，前台不會把鎖打開嗎？？？？前台也就零顆星吧
定製茶禮＆歡迎水果零食:每天是送水果零食，都是些不知名盜版零食，誰敢吃呀？？有這錢還不如趕緊把吹風機換換

怡程酒店的優點是早餐七點就可以吃，還贈送了免費的中晚餐，房間有桌子，可以辦公，機器人送貨，前台服務很好，每天都會有現烤的紅薯免費吃！

喜歡安靜，所以選怡程酒店，意外的驚喜，辦理入住的時候，前台還會提供免費烤紅薯，很貼心的服務，房間很大很乾凈，客房服務很好，早餐也不錯，每天晚上還給送小零食，下次來長沙還會選擇入住。離烈士公園，五一廣場都很近，離地鐵站幾百米，去哪都很方便，而且酒店可以免費提供3公里內都接送，簡直太方便啦
