酒店前台服務很好，辦入住的時候給倒一杯花茶，真的非常貼心對於一天忙的沒時間喝水的我來説，房間衞生乾淨，阿姨也非常好，幫忙洗衣服，真的太累了一天壓根不想動，交通也很方便，周邊吃飯也多，出差非常推薦這家酒店

和女朋友來世界之窗這邊玩，也是第一次來長沙旅遊，之前每次都是入住的麗楓，這家店也是一如既往的好評，第一：進門就是一杯暖心的熱茶這種天氣從外面冷的進來喝杯熱茶可別提多舒服啦，第二：前台辦理入住時會貼心的詢問需不需要高樓層以及房間也免費升級了，第三，房間衞生確實做到非常乾淨，習慣性的摸了下電視機居然一成不染，阿姨和前台專業性非常高，推薦大家來這邊玩首選這家麗楓。👍👍👍~

被套上有明顯血漬，隔臟墊也有明顯血漬。
隔臟墊血漬不是這一兩天的，且大小很明顯，打掃衞生換床單的時候不可能看不見，被套的血漬位置完全是查房的工作人員疏忽。
作為錦江旗下的精品優選酒店，客房衞生的明顯失誤是長期還是偶**況，隔臟墊如果不是因為發現了被套的血漬，估計沒有客人會專門把被子揭開檢查床單，那這塊血漬已經存在多久了？基本衞生都不能達標的酒店，精選從何説起？

湘湘行的最後一站，到長沙跨年選擇去了世界之窗，最後選擇來這家酒店，考慮到跨凌晨後道路擁擠選擇離世界之窗不遠的這家，步行回來20分鐘，畢竟三萬人一起離場想要打車之類的還是很困難的，酒店附近有家飯店還是不錯的，酸奶好吃。
