房間寬敞温馨典雅，隔應效果也很好，而且內部設施非常智能，來長沙兩次考試都是住在這裏，有些時候備考累了就讓房間機器人放點音樂聽聽，強烈推薦，前台6號小姐姐人特別好，非常熱心服務態度一級棒👍，上次來還給我推薦了很多好吃的好玩的～

睡眠不好，對聲音敏感，對氣味敏感的人慎訂！
健身房設計在客房樓上，旁邊就是KTV，隔音巨差！
第一晚晚上7:30開始到半夜1:30 一直有人健身，每次器材落地就哐噹一聲 還有挪動東西的聲音 根本睡不着。
第二晚 換了房間 結果隔壁KTV從半夜一點開始嚎到凌晨四點！唱的還巨難聽，住7樓窗户全關還聲音大到清晰的聽見每一個字！第一首唱的後來 第二首浮誇後來就開始蹦迪了！
第三晚 因為不方便換酒店 終於熬到最後一天了 大白天的 就聽見男女… 隔音差到堪比現場直播！
味道上：剛出電梯是香的，走廊裏越走越一股騷味！
服務上：整體應該是不錯的，但是其中一位騙我他家的健身**隔壁酒店的且為24小時的，導致我不得不大半夜換房間躲避噪音，結果第二天上樓吃早餐髮型是他們自己的，且我熬夜換完房間保安告訴我他剛把健身房關了？那折騰我是？
第二位與第一位工作無交接，因噪音問題接受給的換房方案後，再致電前台進行方案的時候這位告訴我她什麼都不知道 讓我等她去確認下給我回電，等了半個小時也不回電我，我主動打電話過去，告訴我因為她給經理髮微信人家沒回所以她就在半夜一點大多數人該睡覺的時間，直接無視這件事了。所以她經理一覺睡到天亮我得等到天亮唄？
如果你是沾枕頭就秒睡的可以訂，裝修和衞生做的還是很不錯的！白瞎了！
哦對，裝修風格和酒店宣傳的標語都是以女性為目標客羣定製的，結果卻在電梯裏遇見了“雞”

衝著攜程4.9分來的，真實原因是酒店今年新開的，和隔壁麗楓酒店是一個老闆，酒店整體入住感覺還行，就是這一雙拖鞋把酒店的檔次瞬間拉下來了，不懂為什麼和麗楓酒店一個老闆為什麼拖鞋檔次差這麼遠，還有就是這個燒水壺花裏胡哨不實用，我習慣喝茶，這要是泡一杯茶得分開好幾次才能行，馬桶雖然是智能的，但吸力明顯不夠，蹲一次廁所要分多次才能沖下去，説這麼多不是差評，但希望能下次再來的時候能有所改進...

裝修風格很喜歡，應該是新裝修的，肉眼可見的沒有衞生死角，床品乾淨整潔還很乾燥，整個房間沒有任何異味（本人也不太喜歡有香味的）前台6號服務熱情，自助洗衣房還有熨燙設備，很方便，推薦大家到長沙旅遊來住，出去玩地鐵方便。
