Literally 100m from the changshanan hsr station. 5 star for a budget stay. Quiet mostly and comfortable to rest in. Had an upgrade to a bigger room and free breakfast, appreciate it very much. Loved that toilet and shower are separate. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, loved the soup noodles best. Travelled out daily on line 2 of the subway to go to tourist places in the centre, 4rmb each way and 35 minutes journey.

The location is superb! The hotel itself stay right next to the station on maglev entrance side. At first as foreigner, it quite confused to looking for the hotel but know later as it the same location with Echarm. The reception staff on the night shift can communicate English very well for check in process but on the morning he cannot speak English at all (he not understand even basic English like ‘check-out’). The room and common area is very clean, they also have mini mart in the hotel as well.

The laundry services are terrible. Only 2 washing machines & 2 dryer (natural air), all are for home use. Customers have to “fight” for it. For foreigners like us, we will be at the lose side as the local customers didn’t care of “first come first serve” and they didn’t queue.

The location was great and on inquiry easy to find. When I asked the lady at the reception who checked me in for a bag of ice cubes for my swollen knee she did not have the courtesy of giving me an English translation but muttered something in Chinese which from her attitude made out to be....not possible. She even did not give me the breakfast voucher until I inquired about breakfast time. People leaving on early trains should not book with breakfast as breakfast is very promptly at 7. Note: some hotels give a particular time but give a leway of about 15 minutes. However I think hotels should not be judged by just one personnels attitude towards customers.

Located just next to ChangShaNan(South) HSR station. Very suitable for those who have booked earliest train schedule to ZhangJiaJie. But a bit hard to reach the hotel's main entrance by Taxi/Didi.

Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Room is nice and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Good for travelers opting for an overnight stopover or a short stay in the city as the train station is just next to the hotel. The hotel is a little difficult to find, however most people who works around the train station will know this hotel. Just ask for directions. Recommended hotel.

The best location just few walks away from Changsha south railway station. Love the cleanliness of the room and its smart operated facilities. Just a small flaw, wifi and cellular signal is not at its best inside the room but not an issue. Still, i would highly recommend it and give 5✨

The staff lady was very helpful and friendly. Kindly thanks to her 🫰🏼 We were moved to another room due some noise. Check in process is fast and convenient. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. 2 mins from South railway station and 1 min from Maglev Airport shuttle
