這次五一出遊最開心的事就是在看了很多的酒店中預訂了這個酒店，不僅緩解了之前在張家界幾天旅行的疲勞，還提升在長沙的幸福度，酒店的硬件設施不但新，而且特別有質感，酒店的服務更是從滿意感動了，入住第一天送了各種飲品，還有現場製作的漂亮的雞尾酒，酒店的早餐品類也很豐富，水果新鮮，餐食現場製作保證了口感，還贈送了旅拍，拍出來的效果絕絕子，服務人員下午還貼心的送來了小水果。酒店在地鐵2號線的終點梅溪湖西站，去火車站和五一廣場，橘子洲頭都能直達，很方便不用倒車。出鐵口溜達10分鐘左右能到，周邊的環境很好，走起來不覺得枯燥，我們全家晚上還環湖騎行了40分鐘，聽到了很多年沒聽到青蛙的叫聲，感覺特別治癒，最開心的是我入住最後一天還給我們安排了行李先送機場的服務，避免了很多麻煩。離開時到門口應該是一個經理還安排司機給我們送到了地鐵口，司機小夥雖然第一天上班但服務也特別有禮貌，唯一的遺憾是沒時間體會，酒店提供的瑜伽和游泳和拳擊的私教，不過這樣就可以期待下一次相遇了。總之很開心的一次住宿體驗。強烈推薦

忙碌的生活裏，總需要一些短暫的逃離，這次在長沙，我邂逅了一家理想中的酒店——梅溪湖韋爾斯利，真的狠狠治癒了我。
🌳從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被它的設計深深吸引。中式園林與現代元素的完美融合，鏤空陶磚、蒼松、奇石 ，還有那超有意境的山水庭院，一步一景，彷彿誤入了世外桃源，城市的喧囂瞬間被隔絕在外，身心也不自覺地放鬆了下來。
🛏房間給我的驚喜更是加倍，我住的是湖景房，全景落地窗將梅溪湖的景色毫無保留地展現在眼前 ，清晨被陽光和湖景喚醒，傍晚伴着晚霞與微風小酌，這大概就是我向往的生活吧。房間裏戴森吹風機、馬歇爾音響、金可兒床墊、法國馥馬爾洗護用品 一應俱全，每一個細節都透露着品質與用心，晚上躺在柔軟的床上，感覺一天的疲憊都消失了。
💆♀️閑暇時光，可以在室內恆温泳池暢遊，遊累了就去高温水力按摩池放鬆一下，別提多愜意了 ；在健身中心揮灑汗水，或是去瑜伽室上一節喜歡的課程，都能讓我元氣滿滿；玩累了就去水療中心，做個SPA，再體驗一下頌缽冥想，全身心都沉浸在這寧靜與放鬆之中～
🍾昨天酒店還舉辦了一場超酷的法拉利活動，現場豪車雲集，引擎的轟鳴聲點燃了整個氛圍，讓我感受到了速度與激情的魅力 。即使不是車迷，也會被現場的熱烈氛圍感染，不得不説酒店的活動策劃真的很有創意，給住客帶來了意想不到的驚喜。

長沙citywalk，選了梅溪湖韋爾斯利，新酒店，入住體驗非常不錯，酒店在入住前一晚已經有管家露露和luna對接，對於入住時提的要求都一一滿足。直到踏進酒店大門那刻，酒店非常好聞的香氛在嗅覺上已經加了1分，新酒店的裝修風格也深得我心，房間面對梅溪湖，心曠神怡，管家露露和luna在入住期間對於碰到的問題耐心且熱情的解決，體現了韋爾斯利的專業水準，非常棒！希望韋爾斯利越來越好，下次一定還會再來！

作為湖南首家隱奢城市度假酒店，由英國著名的韋爾斯利酒店品牌攪權經營。酒店坐落於梅淡湖標誌性的城市島旁, 佔據着梅溪湖的最佳地段和全湖景觀。抱着期待的心情, 利用假期時間和媽媽體驗了一番。
優點：
1. 全員服務態度友好。門僮很不錯, 遇見的兩位門僮都會禮貌和客人打招呼。酒店大堂有一位微胖的男性領班態度非常友善, 且會努力記住來訪客人的面容。在電梯口經常碰到一位女性領班也非常友好, 會幫忙按電梯和詢問客人體驗。
2. 酒店房間配備了的Marshall音響和戴森吹風機。備品使用的是和四季酒店同款的馥馬爾木蘭沁夏系列。三銀 LOW-E玻璃隔音隔熱的效果也非常好。整體的客房盡顯中式美學, 東方禪意和現代風融合的恰到好處。
缺點：
1. 酒店電視機的歡迎文字上面顯示某某先生/某某女士。這一點還不如改為尊敬的貴賓或者賓客。
2. 入住當天所住的510房型出現了浴室拉門壞掉的情況。給人一種查房時都沒有檢查仔細就讓房客入住的感覺。好在維修師傅上門速度很快, 且非常有禮貌。
整體來説，服務態度非常不錯。酒店公區環境幽雅, 設計感時尚。能夠感受到所有工作人員都想把酒店呈現出最好的一面。但是受限於節假日入住客流量大,且房型比較小, 導致容易出現大大小小的問題。建議淡季出行體驗感會好一些, 顯然酒店還有一段很長的路要走。期待這一家梅溪湖.韋爾斯利會越來越好。

盲選的酒店，太驚喜了！這個格調裝修真的是太喜歡了，房間往外看的風景也特別美，一進去就很舒服。服務也特別好，遇到的每一位工作人員都特別禮貌，拿行李打招呼然後會詳細的告訴有哪些券在哪兒使用，還有專屬的管家。早餐也很好，比我之前住的五星級都要好，半自助，服務很貼心，我定的時候寫了有寶寶，會提前打電話問要不要安裝圍欄，寶寶被蚊子咬了也貼心的去買了包包能用的青草膏，總之超乎意外的好，會推薦給身邊需要來長沙的朋友，下次經過還會來

有點超多，物超所值。
1.因為是全新裝修，所以風格非常前沿，宋代美學，傳統永不過時。
2.公區面積夠大、裝修有設計感、細節做到很好。
3.早餐很不錯，第一次在這種等級的酒店看到菜單點餐和半自助結合的早餐模式，菜單裏的菜品很精緻，一定要都試一下。此外，水果、菜品、飲品品質都很在線。
4.房間格局、設施、舒適度都很好，面積45平左右，落地窗，所以光線、視野還不錯。戴森的吹風機、馥爾馬的洗護用品、雀巢的膠囊咖啡機、馬歇爾音箱，真的非常有誠意了。
