Magnificent hotel in the heart of Changsha, with breathtaking panoramic views from the high floors. Spacious, clean, luxurious rooms and impeccable service. A real favorite for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The panoramic view of this hotel is fantastic. The 小管家 service is fabulous. They will try to fulfill your request. The room is clean and the curtain is totally blackout. Due to the height, so the surrounding is very quiet and can have good quality sleep.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Iseya Hotel. The service was flawless, and every staff member, including the housekeeping team, greeted me warmly. I was especially impressed by 心心, who went above and beyond in assisting me, from helping with the complimentary laundry service to handling delivery collections. The room was not only aesthetically pleasing and in pristine condition, but the amenities and decor were thoughtfully selected. The view from my room on the 69th floor was breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of pillows to suit your preferences. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone—it's absolutely worth every penny!

The Hotel is new, well decorate and in the best condition. Exactly like the photo. We really enjoy the time their and will stay there next time in Changsha.
The Staff "佳欣 Jiaxin" take care us very well.

The hotel is very modern and beautifully interior decorated. The room has amazing views being on the 70th floor. The lighting is great in the room and very quiet. The room has a beautiful Morror Art sound system. Drop down screen projector to watch a movie too. Great huge transparent bath tub. The shower and bath products are high standard. There is a Japanese Toto toilette in the bathroom, Dyson hairdryer and good quality slippers. Bathrobes and pyjamas are supplied for the complimentary Himalayan hot salt spa room. It is a perfect hotel for couples. Perfect for a short stay. However There is no breakfast room or gym. It is a short walk from the IFS shopping mall. On the ground floor there are many branded coffee and tea shops.
